my story

I didn't always know where I fit. My background spans healthcare, startups, and corporate, and for a long time, that felt more scattered than it did intentional.

What I eventually realized: no matter the role, I always found my way in by adapting, learning fast, and paying attention to how things actually worked. Not just my piece of it, but everyone else's too.

That's what led me to operations. I'm drawn to the connective tissue of how things run, the processes, the details, the people behind them. My strength is in supporting others and making things a little smoother so the bigger work can happen.

Startup environments are where I thrive most. The pace, the pivots, the figuring-it-out-as-you-go energy suits the way I think.

Let me handle the small things so you can focus on the big ones. And somewhere in that process, we'll probably both learn something.
